The client was managing their entire business using traditional, manual methods. All customer orders were tracked in register books, employee attendance was marked on paper cards, and all salaries were calculated by hand. Billing was done with handwritten books, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. They also had no way to track daily expenses or manage their inventory digitally.
We developed the "Paytha Dashboard," a custom desktop application to centralize all operations. We integrated biometric attendance, which automatically logs employee hours. The app uses these hours to auto-calculate salaries based on per-hour rates. The new billing feature handles invoicing, delivery challans, and quotations, with direct Tally integration. We also built the requested features for daily expense tracking and a full inventory management system to track all purchased materials.
